Account deletion
Delete your NotioPay account.
You can delete your account in the NotioPay app or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the app
- Open the NotioPay app.
- Go to Me.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@notiopay.co.za using the phone number linked to your NotioPay account, or include enough information for us to verify that the account belongs to you.
What is deleted
We revoke active sessions, remove push tokens and device records, delete app notifications, remove active friendships and group membership, and anonymize account identity fields where deletion is allowed.
What may be retained
Some payment, wallet, dispute, compliance, KYC, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, and settlement records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations. These records are kept only for the required period and are restricted to appropriate operational, compliance, and support use.
Timing
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are reviewed after verification, and we will confirm completion or explain any lawful retention requirement.
